That’s right, Gibraltar 7s will return in 2025! Bigger and better than ever before with more teams, more competitions, more entertainment, more parties and a brand new sport for the 7s – TAG Rugby!
If you have never visited Gibraltar before you are in for a treat, in fact even if you have been with us for previous editions of the 7s, you are going to want to come back again in 2025.

Men’s Elite
The Men’s Elite Rugby 7s is a keenly fought contest and Viator won the Final again! The Men’s Open Rugby 7s competition is always a great event, balancing brilliance on the field and energy off it.
Women’s Elite
Following the interest and success of the Women’s 7s competition we are splitting the women into two tiers.
For the competitive teams the Elite Competition is the perfect choice.
Men’s Open
The Open competition is for the 7s teams who want to come to Gibraltar for a fantastic time and play some rugby – who wouldn’t?
Vet’s 10s
Vet’s 10s competitors are aged 35+ so there is always a former prodigious talent somewhere on the pitch.
A little bit of rugby and a whole lot of fun!
Women’s Open
The Women’s Open 7s competition runs alongside the Men’s Open 7s on the Friday and Saturday.

TAG Rugby
Tag rugby, Flag rugby or Rippa rugby is a non-contact team game in which each player wears a belt that has two velcro tags attached to it, or shorts with velcro patches.
